01Which shirt will I get in my box?
It is a surprise, and that is the point. Every shirt is a vintage or classic football shirt from the Classic Galery archive. It can be a model we currently have for sale on the site or one that has not been listed yet. You choose the kit (1, 3 or 5 shirts) and the size of every shirt; the shirts are only revealed when you open the box.
02Can I choose the teams?
You can tell us 1 to 3 favourite and least favourite teams or countries in the preferences field on the box page. We will do our best to meet your wishes, but we cannot guarantee them.
03What condition and value are the shirts?
The condition of every shirt is at least 8/10 and most often 9/10. See our Condition Grading page for the full scale. The value of each shirt is between €100 and €160.
04Which sizes can I choose?
M, L or XL, chosen shirt by shirt: in a 3 or 5 shirt kit, every shirt can have a different size. Check the size chart on the box page before you pick.
05Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment. Estimated delivery times: Europe 12 to 20 business days, North America and South America 14 to 30 business days, Asia 12 to 18 business days. We do not ship to Africa. Every order has a tracking number, sent by e-mail after dispatch.
Shipping is free to most destinations; some countries pay a flat fee. The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout. If customs fees or duties are requested, we pay them. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
06Can I return or exchange?
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. If a shirt arrives defective or damaged, send clear photos to contact@classicgalery.com and you can choose a replacement or a refund. Always contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
07Is it a good gift?
Yes. At checkout, just enter the address of the person receiving it. You pick the size of each shirt on the box page, so check their size first.
08Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel as long as the order has not been dispatched. Write to contact@classicgalery.com with your order number. Once it has shipped, it follows the return process in our Return & Refund Policy.
